Can I pick up from a store or office?
At this point in time we are an Internet only site and have no shopfront
to pick up from.
Can I use direct deposit?
YES! Just choose Direct Deposit in the checkout-shopping cart.
Do you supply a tax invoice?
No. The prices quoted on the website do not include GST. All products
are sourced from overseas and GST is not applied. we do however supply
an invoice for business tax deduction purposes.
Is there a warranty on the products?
All products (with the exception of accessories) are covered by an
in-house back-to-base 12 month warranty. Contact us first, through the
form provided on the website.
How much will delivery cost me?
Flat Rate of $29.90 on orders this includes insurance. Flat Rate
Shipping is up to 6 KG, for anything over this weight or oversized we
will inform you of the extra cost before shipping.
What's in the box and is it new?
Please remember these products are all band new and the genuine product, just
the charger is made for a different country, however, in most cases the seal is
broken to check contents and include an Australian adapter, the plug be it
British or Asian in most cases can be thrown away and replaced with an
Australian cord (these days all charges or AC adapters are universal voltage)
so all the accessories and software that come with the product are the same as
the manufacturers Australian website.
Are my goods insured?
YES! Your order is fully insured against loss or damage.
Are mobile phones unlocked and can I use any SIM card?
The mobile phones supplied are unlocked, which means you are not locked
to any phone network. You need to check if the frequency of your
network is available on the phone you want to purchase. Please note,
the mobile phones we supply do not support Telstra’s Next G network – in
order to have Telstra’s Next G service you would need to purchase a
mobile phone directly from Telstra.

duties?
The prices quoted on the website do not include GST. All products are
sourced from overseas and GST is not applied. Goods imported into
Australia via the post with a value of $1,000 or more are subject to

relevant taxes and duties are paid to Customs Australia.
